Enjoyed my stay it is in a great location
I enjoyed my stay the Hotel is in a great location on the Canals right in the centre Birmingham Staff very friendly and efficient all in all a good stay, the one problem is Noise from Construction Site next door very loud starts at 8 in the morning hope you dont want to sleep in

Love this Hotel and Location is Great!!!!!!!! Just a little problem....I don’t understand why such a good Hotel doesn’t have any inside Internet facilities..... Highly recomend it......

Very comfy stay
Set in the middle of the mailbox, the hotel is well situated for bars, shops, etc. A couple of minor points. The room did smell of smoke, even after the second day of our trip (neither of us smoke) and the bed was alittle on the soft side. However, staff were great and helpful, shower was lovely and room was a good size and clean. Also, as out train wasn’t due until 5pm staff were flexible about the time we checked out (with no added cost), which amounted to us really having another day out. very nice!
