Not to good
THe hotel is getting run down, We were upgraded to an Oceanfront room, but the floor was spongey in the kitchen, couch worn out, needed painting. An owner was there and we got to see a room that was up to date and nice. Will stay somewhere else when we go back,

Other than the view, not impressed
The check in procedure was not clear. There is no mangagement on site and the directions to the realty company were not stated on the check in paperwork. The room was not clean. There was gum on the carpet. The pull out bed was broken and smelled bad. The appliances were very old and had broken pieces. There were not enough linens= no blankets. The ocean view was the only good part.

ocean condo
The villa was clean but the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up. There was no power in the outlet in the bathroom so the hairdryer didn’t work and you had to shave in the bedroom. Other than that, it was a nice place on the ocean but you think they would have the bathroom in good working order before guests arrive. The key would jam in the door sometimes. These are minor inconveniences, and on the whole it was nice. Only one couch and no chairs other than the kitchen table chairs. Kind of cramped for t.v. and evening reading.
