Chocolate Fests best location
We enjoyed our triple room very much. Great location and views to the hills while being city center. Walk steps to the pedestrian area and restaurants. Try Cesarino restaurant. Reasonable and quite tasty and true local recipies. Only one warning---the heater was on in our room and it was soooo hot we couldnt sleep the first night. The hotel turned off the vent once we mentioned in the next morning. Also, the breakfast is quite nice and fresh.

Sangallo Palace
We stayed in October, which is off-peak. Customers should be warned that the entrance to the hotel is on a hill which is hard to get to, and there is limited parking for check-in. There were already a number of cars in the area when we arrived, so we had to temporarily park in a way that made an exit difficult. However, we were able to arrange paid parking in an area that was monitored by the hotels camera system, which we were pleased about. The hotels restaurant was closed until 7:30 PM since they follow the practice of late dinners. We had been driving all day and could not find anything else close by except the diner at the bus staion. We finally decided to ear at the hotels restaurant but service was slow because they were also serving a number of tour groups. The downtown area is within a manageable walking distance.

Elegance & convenience in Perugia
This hotel was a great choice for 3 women travelers. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a yummy start to the day and the hotel is conveniently located a 2 minute walk from the escalators to the old city. It was a great choice for us.
Traveller's tip on dining
Dont miss the outdoor restaurants in the plaza.
