Not impressed
I went to the hotel for a 2 day seminar. There were no signs posted prior to the start of the seminar as to where, in the hotel, the seminar would be held. Each table of 4 had one water pitcher and there was a coffee pot in the back of the room. Neither were refreshed and we had to hunt people down to get more water. There was no one to be found in the restaurant at the ½ hour lunch break, so everyone went off site to find something When checking in I gave them a card so I could charge incidentals to the room. The night I decided to charge room service to the room, the front desk called me at 10:45pm to ask for payment. Basically housekeeping was the only redeeming factor of my stay at the hotel.

Nice Hotel shame about the pool
This is a very nice hotel although the carpets in the hallways are getting a bit worn. The check in was easy, the hotel is easy to find, breakfast was basic but the brakfast room was very clean. If you are at the back of the hotel the Interstate is only 100 yards away but the rooms are well soundproofed. The pool is massive with lots of sun loungers, it’s just a shame you cannot use it untill 10-00 am in the morning. It would have been nice to have 1/2 hour at the pool befor we left.
There is a sports bar at the back of the hotel, not to noisy and not as expensive as a normal hotel bar.

Nice Place to Stay
Nice place to Stay in Bakersfield. Room was nice, wifi was easy to access. Continental Breakfast could of been a little better, but they will also cook you food to order (cost extra). They had a really nice looking pool facility that I did not get a chance to use, I am sure the kids would of loved it.
