Dissatisfaction!
The hotel room was unmade and I had to wait for a second room to open up. The second room smelled like a mens locker room. I made immediate complaints and protestations, that the hotel was a disaster! I wrote to the General Manager and have had no satisfaction or refund what was an expensive and unfortunate visit to Montreal. My worst stay in Montreal ever!
