Not Impressed
Tiny Room - No Car Park - Tired decor - Very slow breakfast. Not good value for money. Other Hotels in area much more preferable.

Do not stay here Worst Hotel in Ireland says someone who stays over one hundred nights a year
Rooms are tiny, approx 12 feet by 10 feet, with the smallest and narrowest beds I have ever seen. No bath in the en-suite, only a shower room. No internet access. When I complained to reception, they did not want to know and tried to defend the standard of the bedrooms. They were unfriendly and unhelpful. I stay in Hotels in Ireland approx 100 nights a year as my work takes me all over the Country, North and South and in the last 20 years, this is the worst hotel I have stayed in. This was a leisure weekend and it was spoilt by a bad hotel. I don`t stay in Killarney for my work, I stay in Tralee and I won`t stay in this hotel ever again.

Terrible terrible service, uncomfortable beds and water pressure so low bathing was a chore
During a 16 day trip throughout Ireland this was the least pleasant of our stays in large part due to this hotel
