Not impressed
Dont get me wrong, I loved the location and the overall ambience of the hotel, but found it not comfortable enough, as a business traveller who needed a good night sleep to wake up fresh to the morning challenges..the old architecture meant squeaking old wooden floors and narrow corridors which meant a lot of noises from outside and the thin wall really discomforting..and I was travelling on a weekday so if it was that noisy on a Tue night..dont know what it would be like at weekends...or probably just a bad timing for me..I might have loved it in another occasion..still thought to share it as I had a very different view before going there.

great location
very happy with hotel especially the location. Only complaint - bed was uncomfortable and carpet could have been replaced. Room had a wonderful view of Sloane Square. Would definately recommend this hotel.

Excellent location and great comfort . very friendly and helpful staff members. I will definitely stay there again.
