A good travel stop for us for years
We have been saying at the Best Western, Lone Pine, CA on our semi annual trek from our summer home in Reno NV to our winter home in Indio CA. for a number of years. It is just perfect as a stop over being about half way on our journey. The rooms are satisfactory for our purpose and management keeps doing little things to make them nicer. The pool area is very nice and we use it if the weather is good, The complementary continental breakfast is quite adequate and the Eastern Sierra Mt Whitney area view is always wonderful. Finally, there is a very good Pizza Place close by that we always use for dinner.

Excellent room with a second door out to a ground floor balcony with open outlook over the Owens Valley. Best ’continental’ breakfast on any recent trip.
