WILL NEVER GO BACK
I booked and paid for my reservation online in advance only to arrive at the hotel with no one to meet or greet you at the front desk for 5 mins. After checking into are rooms the rooms were not entered into their system by their assoicate correctly so they had given us the wrong rooms. The attendant did change the room but switched the wrong room and give to another client and the room still had my clothing in it this was found out after attending my son football game at ASU. After trying to return to my room that was assigned to me the other client was in the room drunk and said my clothing was not in the room. I was then told by the attendant that this was my fault!!!!!!!! Wow. After driving from California and attending a football game we were very tried!!! It took 1 hour for me to get my clothing back from the other room. This was horrible and we will never stay at another Best Western and I will make sure that none of my family and friends do either.

We’ll stay there when we return to Tempe.
When we realized that we would need to utilize additional services than we originally thought, Best Western, Tempe, was able to upgrade us to a suite for very minimal fee. They had a service to take us to five points of interest across town.
When you’re taking your teenager to ASU, Tempe, this is the place to stay.

This place is the pits
3 reasons why you should avoid this hotel: 1. The one and only entrance was blocked by construction. took 1 hour to figure out how to get to the hotel. When I called to ask for directions or an alternate route, the Front desk told me to "mapquest it" because she was busy. 2. I was checked into a dirty room. I had to *ask* for a new room. When I got my new room, I had to move myself. 3. AC did not work. (IT WAS 110 DEGREES IN TEMPE THAT WEEK!!!!!)
