Older hotel- staff not service oriented.
This hotel is older and not rennovated- the staff was pleasant for the most part but not helpful- they stood by and watched as we worked to get through the manual door with bags in hand rather than helping with the door but were very prompt about making sure we paid the extra $10 fee they neeeded for our small, kenneled dog to stay with us. The beds are very hard-like an older hotel had. To give them credit, the place was worn but seemed clean.

Staff issues
The check-in clerk, who seemed also to be the proprietor, questioned the reservation rate and how I had attained it. He seemed to be unhappy with my rate obtained through Hotels.com. Poor customer service!
