convenient location
the hotel is conveniently located by the airport and ideal for someone who needs to use a car to get around the city and long island but its not close to the subway system. While the room was clean and bed comfortable the air conditioning made alot of noise when it would run. The door to the room did not keep the noise of people walking by at a satisfactory level.

good hotel for the price you pay
I guess you get what you pay for, this is an average hotel, not too expensive and close to LaGuardia Airport and US Open Tennis Center, I came to New York for the US Open Final and this hotel was the only one available

Poor maintenance service
The drain of my bathroom sink was slow draining and backed up on me. I called approximately four times to have this problem addressed. I saw two maintenance men and they worked on the sink. Both told me the problem was fixed. When I checked out the sink was still backing up. Upon checking out, I complained again and management credited a breakfast I had charged to the room.
