Delhi Delight
Although right in the heart of New Delhi, the Imperial provides a truly tranquil haven for relaxation.

Would not seek any other hotel in New Delhi
Smooth and faultless service in every department within the hotel. The whole experience is excellent. Our only problem was when we hired a car and driver to take us to the Taj Mahal and back. On the return trip the driver was clearly sleepy. He never nodded off but he gave my daughter some anxiety. Apart from that every service and all experiences were truly excellent

An art deco stylish hotel
The food needed some improvement and in this regard it has some stiff competition from other hotels (where I ended up eating). The staff at breakfast were also disorganised. I was not given a room overlooking the gardens as promised but the room given was fine. It has the usual refinements that you expect from a 5 star hotel. Despite the above minor critisisms (which I hope they improve upon), the Hotel was otherwise excellent and with a lot of charm which many hotels lacked. I would return.
