tired custtomer
I arrived at the hotel about 8 o clockon a sunday night the parking was not the best but on checking in the receptionist was helpful and friendley. I deceided that I would check in then have a meal. The resturant was quiet and the decor was good. However the service was slow no one to greet you but the food was good. I decided to have a long hot bath before doing some work on my computer there was no hot water this was fixed but water just warm not what I expected. The next morning I needed to wash my hair the water was cold again but this time from the shower. As I was on a business I wanted to feel refreshed and look presntable so was very diappointed as I expected much better than this due to the hotels star rating dont think I would use this hotel again
make sure the water is hot before you unpack book a table for a meal as soon as you arrive if arriving with heavy bags etc park at the side of the hotel first then book in

Rather Tired
Very convenient hotel for the station and with very friendly and accommodating staff. However, needs a complete refurbishment. Currently this consists of putting up new signs.
