Good Value
This hotel was a great value for Seville. The rooms were clean and modern and the service was helpful, spoke English well. The only drawback was that the hotel was difficult to find, but is in a great location once you are there.

Excellent base, just a little out of the city centre.
About half an hours walk from the Cathedral, this is a clean comfortable hotel in an old quarter of the city, near to the river and public bus services. Theres an excellent buffet breakfast, but to find somewhere nearby for an evening meal requires local knowledge.

Excellent value for money
We had a lovely, 2-day stay at the Regina in August. The hotel looked good, the room was spacious and quiet with a well appointed, modern bathroom, and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed a very good choice for breakfast in a light and airy dining room. We were completely comfortable with the temperature but at first I wasnt sure the air conditioning in the room was working as we werent getting the distinct chill you often get from air conditioning. The temperature was certainly comfortable enough to sleep - and Im someone who often has problems. The only other slight hitch was that the room we were first shown wasnt what wed asked for. They immediately took us to another room which was more than adequate. The hotels about 30 mins walk to the Santa Cruz area which we enjoyed but some might not like. All in all, we were very happy with the Regina and would certainly recommend it.
If I were to go again I would use the pick-up-a-bike system - just to get from the hotel to the south of the town. You can ride these bikes very safely on the wide cycle paths beside the river and it would be a quicker way of getting from a to b. You can use them all over town but I wouldnt be brave enough to ride through the streets.
