Nice hotel
The hotel is placed just outside of Palma Centre which suited my needs for a relaxing short break. We upgraded our room upon arrival and ended up with a large sun terrace in the newer part of the hotel! The food and service was good and the staff very helpful. I recommend using the Spa along with the massage and facials again, great service in a clean environment.

I would stay there again
Decent place to stay, 15 mins walk from the centre, the rooms are adequate and the facilities were very good - decent restaurant/reception/gym and very nice pool. Staff were friendly, would happily stay there again.
Buses are a cheap, efficient and comfortable way to get around the island. Easily get to Valldemossa, Soller port for about £3.50.

Clinically Clean Modern and Good Facilities
About the best modern Four star hotel we ve been to. Ultra clean using high quality tiles, flooring and fittings. Spa and Gym facilities above what you would expect for a hotel like this. Great value for money. Breakfast better than usual for this standard. Only slight downer was a waiting room feel to the bar area. Could do with soft lighting and a more comfortable feel, but there are so many bars around it really doesn’t matter that much.
Definately eat at Cappucino which has a branch on the corner near the harbour and other branches in Palma. Forn is the best Upmarket restaurant in Palma.
