Barcelona’s Port Hotel
Very well located, within walking distance of the Port and 20 mins from La Rambla. Traffic noise very much in evidence at all times, especially police/ambulance sirens so couldn’t have windows/doors open all night. Quite a bit of construction work going on so not the prettiest of views but overall good hotel.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Get a travelcard which can be used on bus, train and Metro. Public transport all very clean and safe to use. Taxi’s quite expensive

Would stay again
Lovely clean and bright hotel, we found this to be a good location, accessible - taxi could pull up outside, - the bus turistic had 2 handy stops within a minutes walk, it was within walking distance of the main attractions of the waterfront, the markets, the park, La Ramblas and so on. Paid a bit extra for the safe in our room. Didn’t have breakfast, so can’t comment on that.
