Poor
Lake Louise is a beuatiful place, but is spoilt by the fact that noone has to try very hard to make money out of the tourists. The hotel was overpriced. The bathroom (specifically the toilet - I’ll leave out the gruesome details) had not been cleaned after the previous occupant. We had to ask twice to get it cleaned. Housekeeping call at 730am and if you ask them to come back later because you are still resting (not unreasonable on holiday), they interpret this as ’not today’. Reception staff were sympathetic and helpful but overall a very disappointing stay.

One Night at Lake Louise--try some where else next time
This seemed to be aimed at college skiers willing to cram into a space with out much care for the surrounding. Room was small, two double beds with no space to move around. I was amazed that they wanted to charge $10 per night for wireless. Everyother hotel I have been to in years has free wireless -- what is that. Restaurant is limited and not cheap. I will try my luck elsewhere next time.
