Very impressed
Great hotel in a good location. bar staff very friendly. only one slight complaint, the cheeck in staff werw a bit aloof

sluggish and NEIL made it worse!!
i heard about embassy hotels but this would be my 1st stay in one, not what i expected. this ottawa location was convenient to the few attractions, but the hotel is very old and worn out- needs upgrading immediately. And they need to get better staffing with friendlier customer service skills. NEIL- the front desk attendant was very rude to my entire group by arguing with us about a parking fee. We paid the night before and the previous attendant did not note that, so NEIL took his anger out on us for not having proof.... isn’t that the hotels job!!! what the heck?

Not a Hilton Chain
Do not confuse this chain with the Hilton Embassy Suites Hotel, as this is the "Embassy Hotel and Suites". That being said, the hotel we stayed at needs an update on decor. Our room needed maintenance on closet doors, etc. Rooms have a bed, stove, fridge convenient for longer stays. Parking rate is about $10/day.
