Wonderful stay at the Super 8 in Dartmouth, NS, Canada
The Super 8 in Dartmouth is very close to the ferry landing. The ferry is the fastest way to get to downtown Halifax - it’s also very picturesque! On rainy days, the Super 8 proves to be a great location: it’s very close to great Dartmouth museums (The Quaker House and the Evergreen House), which you might miss, if you’re staying in Halifax. The service is efficient and the employees are very friendly and helpful. The rooms should satisfy your need for comfort and privacy.

Good place to stay - Dartmouth Super 8
Very handily placed,just across the water from Halifax.Ferry ride costs 2 Canadian Dollars.Rooms are spacious,and many have good views over the waterfront.Interesting Celic Bar nearby.At one time quite a rough area,but loads of money being spent on tidying up the area,and making it a good place to stay.One downside -ferries cease operating quite early in the evening,particularly on a Sunday,but quite easy to return by service bus

Much cheaper to stay in Dartmouth than downtown Halifax.Ferry ride interesting and cheap,plus you can get transfers to any location in the city for no extra charge.
