Fredericton Inn
This is an average hotel for Fredericton at an average price. It’s up the top of the hill near the malls and an alternative to the two main hotels downtown that are always over-priced. Getting out of the hotel to go back downtown is complicated and you need to turn into the adjacent mall parking lot to turn around

All the Amenities with Maritime Friendliness
We picked this hotel through Expedia reviews in choosing a hotel for a 2-night stay to take our son to start studies at UNB. The two double bed room, the friendly and helpful desk service, the pool and exercise room, the great restaurant with excellent dinners, the friendly morning cafe with good breakfasts in this large, family-run hotel made the stay extremely enjoyable. The location is great for promixity to University of New Brunswick campus, highway connections, and shopping. It is near a highway intersection, near the malls. If you are looking for scenic location, it is not ideal. Otherwise, highly recommended. Very good value as well.

Pleasantly surprised.
Although the hotel is dated in some ways. The room was clean and comfortable with a modern bath. I found the staff pleasant and responsive to requests. It was nice to have a good restaurant on site. When in Fredericton, I would stay at this hotel.
