Great customer service
The hotel is convenient, a short drive to City Park and Lake Okanagan, and a quick walk to the mall across the street and several restaurants. But the customer service was what impressed us. I had booked my MIL in a room that turned out to be in the second building. At check-in, when I said I wanted our rooms to be adjacent, the clerk quickly evaluated availability and changed the rooms without breaking a sweat. The staff was all polite (if you leave a tip for the maid, be sure to leave a note that the money is for them or they’ll leave it), and the pool area was especially fun for the kids in our party.
Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
The front desk is very helpful with tips about what wineries are good for touring or where particular restaurants are, the staff know their town. If you have kids, check out City Park, which has lots of room for small kids to run and play. If you come in the summer, DEFINITELY try some of the local fruits!

Comfortable stay
The live bunnies in the grass were so interesting and fun to watch, especially for the two little ones with us.
