Disappointing
I was very disappointed, as we had to stay in a dirty room! There was hair in the tub, just outside the tub, and there was even a pair of socks laying in the closet! Additionally, we couldn’t seem to adjust the temperature, so the room was quite warm most of the night. The overall experience just didn’t seem "resort" quality. Perhaps the most galling of all was the front desk staff, when notified of our bad experience, said "I’ll let the manager know." No apology, no offer to reduce price/offer other incentive. Very frustrating. Needless to say, we will not be staying there again!

Very Nice
We went during the off season and the hotel was still very responsive to our needs and very helpful. This is one of the most well kept and nicest hotels I have stayed in over the course of years. The staff was very friendly and very professional.
