First Class Accomodations
The service was exceptional and accomodations warm and extravagant. Just a little better than home and I have a great home - I enjoyed it.
Traveller's tip on dining
Lots of great restaurants to choose from - pricey but above par atmosphere.

A nice hotel but overpriced
We were definitely satisfied with our hotel stay but I have to say that it was pretty expensive and we could have gotten the same type of room somewhere else a lot cheaper. There was nothing that really jumped out at me as far as the reasoning for being more expensive than the other hotels nearby....the lobby was gorgeous and we had a balcony off our room but no chairs to sit in. The location of this hotel is extremely ideal for those wanting to shop, eat, and enjoy the Country Club Plaza. Also, the pool was amazing and a very relaxing type of environment.

Remodel hurt quality.
I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and it was in pristine condition. The bathrooms were upscale and the rooms were spacious. This time after a "remodel" my room was much smaller for some reason, and the bathrooms have gone down in quality. With the exception of the front desk the service was TERRIBLE. We ordered room service and it took three tries for them to get it right and the food was not good at all. We ordered cake and it was obviously frozen cake that they had tried to quickly thaw out because it was still partially frozen in the middle and very dry. The overall experience was not very good. The only up sides are the location and most of the amenities are nice, but not for the price you pay. I would not recommend this hotel to any others.
