verry run down
the hotel need alot of work both inside and out side, we had to move room because AC was out they were reluctant to move us because we had a dog.

Needs improvement
I read online that this hotel was cleaner than another pet-friendly place in Redding. It was a pretty rough neighborhood and the room-well...let’s just say nothing stayed on the floor--including our pet. I slept in my clothes.
