POWER CUT
During an electrical storm the hotel suffered a power cut everything was completeley dead it was also nearing darkness and with a 11 store hotel and no lifts there were alot of unhappy people i suggest that they find someway of lighting the stairways as peopel could not go up or down and the staff where hopeless and wouldn’t talk to the guests as they had no idea what was happening it was a mess - thank goodness it only lasted 5 hours and not a whole nite as the fire alarms wouldn’t have worked either and i didn’t feel to safe going to bed on the 4th floor
take a tourch - marineland and the water parks are recommended

Great location
a very good hotel for all types of people. well located near all the main areas of magaluf. nice to see a life guard on duty all day at the pool side, great for the younger ones and families in general. a stones throw from the beach and from the bcm square. food is very good and plenty of it. activities all day with the hotel entertainment staff, if you want it. good way to let the kids do their thing too.

Pleasant hotel with good food
We were not expecting much from our cheap holiday in Magalluf, but we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very good overall and there was a good selection of buffet food. The only down side was the extra time and effort of connecting flights, but that was our faults. So if you can avoided it, I would fly direct.
