will go back again
brilliant hotel,good food,very clean.all staff extremely helpful.the hotel is good for both couples and family’s alike.It’s only about 200mtrs from the beach,and it’s in a central location,we have stayed in other hotels in palma nova but for us this one is definately the best.we have now stayed at the mirlos on four different occasions and will definately be going back again.

Improving every year!
This was my third stay at the Mirlos/Tordos and it was the best so far, this year we were located in a pool facing room in the Mirlos rather than a wasteland view from the back of the Tordos. This made a huge difference but i suppose it may be pot luck where you end up! The facilities and entertainment were very good and if you travelled as a family then you need never leave the hotel grounds! The only downside’s i noticed were that the pool area’s were absolutely packed and you need to get in there early. If you prefer the beach then this is only a few minutes walk away. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would happily book again. One more thing, a few of the staff in the bar and food area could do with a bit of customer service training, staring with a smile every now and then!! To be fair though, the majority of staff were very nice.

WORTH EVERY PENNY!
After a horrible one night disaster in another hotel, my 2 girlfriends and I switched over to this hotel for our remaining 3 nights. The food is absolutely delicious, they have fun exciting live entertainment for adults and children. It its only a 5 min walk to the beach where you can relax eat or have cocktails. Their lobby is beautiful and the rooms are great as well. All of the staff is friendly and very in tune with your needs. If you need something you will get it right away. My boyfriend from the US was trying to call and was having a hard time, so they sent someone up to help the call come through. For it not being a 5 star hotel, we sure did get the 5 star treatment!
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
I suggest getting the breakfast and dinner package, skip the lunch, you can buy a cheap 2-3 Euro lunch out on the beach, the meals are so good and filling you wont even find yourself back at the hotel.
