Easy going traveler
I am a very laid back traveler. I know that things happen that you cannot help sometimes. But in this case it was just due to the attitude of the staff and the lack of giving me the room that i booked. door locks that will not let you in the room. heaters that didnt work.(switched rooms and it wasnt just one room that was broke and it was 30 degrees outside). i stayed on night and left the next day by 4 even though i booked for 2 nights. (the person rudely gave me attitude about this and littlerally threw paperwork at me). Not happy at all, never going again, and would not want anyone else to go there either...

customer service was not present, first two nights air condition did not work, called front desk and requested someone to look at it, was offered another room, which was muct better and had microwave. noticed that my first room was not cleaned on the 2nd day, and while moving my things to the new room due to the heat and the air condition not working it started to smell bad, finaly someone came to look at it, and stated that it requires service. Over all good, but it would help if customer services is improved.
