Adequate but not inspiring.
Hotel was clean and reasonably well run but we found it rather "basic" for a 3* hotel. Decor was drab and communal areas were more what you might expect in a good hostel rather than a hotel. The hotel was quite a long way from Perth centre and, over the Christmas bank holidays, the free blue CAT buses were not running. Because it was a long way from town there was little choice for eating and the meals at the hotel were expensive. We thought it misleading to say that the hotel is adjacent to Kings Park as the park is not very accessible from the hotel- it is a 5 min walk and then up a few hundred steps to get there! We enjoyed having the use of free internet and the loan of bicycles.

Good valueHandy for city centre
The free bus stopped outside our hotel. It was close to city centre and had car parking . It was close to Kings park ,we walked up to it. Good views of City centre from our room.
Use free bus and bikes at hotel. Go to freemantle on the ferry and go to Rottnest Island from there. Be sure to go to Botanic gardens in Kings Park fab plants and views over Perth.

Make the most of the free CAT buses that run about the city bus stop outside the hotel door. All WA pubic transport is clean cheap and efficient
