Impressed
Stayed at this hotel for a break, was a beautiful hotel. On arrival we were upgraded free of charge to the Master Suite, was a wonderful suite. However at dinner, we felt forgotten about for most of the evening, were given menus but nobody came to take our order for over 20 mins, we ordered a round of drinks which never came and simply weren’t made to feel overly welcome. Hotel was clean, would recommend.
Traveller's tip on nightlife
This hotel is about 10 mins drive from the City Centre, it is a nice quiet location so not ideal if you are looking for something in the heart of the beautiful city of Chester.
