Impressed at Newark
Location of hotel is great - ’plane landed 7.10pm & we were through Immigration & customs, collected luggage and into taxi (2 mins) & in hotel room by 8pm!! Was also a courtesy coach but too tired to wait. (If USA had been designed for pedestrians we could have walked to hotel in 5 minutes)Only stayed 1 night but would be a good location for travelling into Manhatten by train daily if necesary. Room very comfortable. Food in bar very good and not over priced. Staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Typical Marriot Stay
Usual Marriot experience. Top Notch. Just knwo where you are and where you are goign when leaving the Airport location. As with any large town, you can find yourself in a neighborhood you dont want to be in. Also, if you are not familiar, the tool booths are in dollars, not quarters. Be prepared to spend $20.00 per day taking the tolls from Newark to New York. If your car rental company offers the one time EZ Pass charge of $8.00, take it.

Satisfactory room. Very nice looking lobby and convention rooms
A few random hairs in clean towels, in sheets. mattress pads, sheets seemed to be to small for beds. various guests room service dishes seemed to stay in the hall for a long time.
