lovely pool area!
was put on ground floor which had steps up to room,as we had a 20 month old child with us i found this quite a struggle at times.

Not a 4 star hotel
This is the worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were exceptionally rude. When we arrived we were told nothing about the hotel, just pointed towards the lift and offered no help with the luggage. There was about a months dust under the bed. The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. The breakfast was very poor, no fresh fruit. The manager was very rude and told me that a lot of the hotel guests were "crap" I eventually found out from another guest that towels for the pool were available from reception at a cost of 20 euro. This was refundable. All in all I would class this hotel as 2 star at best and would certainly never go back
Would recommend lloyds cafe for a snack and Flanagans at the port for dinner
