Great place
The apt has everything you need, great view, spacious. A little outdated but very well kept. Comfortable. The only thing is that there was no sofa bed in the living room so my son had to sleep on the floor the first night, they brought a roll away bed the next day. I booked last minute so the room that had the sofa bed was not available and they didn’t get the reservation notice soon enough. So not their fault. They gave me a great room.

Great, spacious suite for the money
This hotel is more liike little apartments or condos. Two bedrooms (one with a king bed, one with two twins) and a spacious living room with a oull out couch. The kitchen was spacious as well and well stocked with supplies, I actually baked while we were there. The price was extremely affordable for the space. It would be a great place to take a family for an extended vacation. It is only a few minute drive (or rent a cart) to the main "downtown" boca grande. The view was amazing. The only problem I had was that there was a wedding party staying above us of about 5-7 men who were up late being loud, but it was early June, wedding season.

Great hotel for a family or group
We stayed here for a wedding. There were 5 of us staying there together to save money on accomodations. The condo was great, very clean and a good location on the island. The only thing was that the twin beds in one of the bedrooms were note as comfortable as the King bed in the other room and the couch in the living room. Other than that we would definitively stay there again!
