Just a few items mar a perfect score
New hotel has the typical "newness" of feature and amenities to counterbalance the few problems. The room was well appointed; we especially appreciated the inclusion of coffeemaker, iron/board, microwave/fridge, and hairdryer. The mirrors reflected right into the beds, which might be appreciated by some guests but was unwanted by this family--draped towels fixed this. The AC blew directly onto the only chair. A call to the front desk was marred by cross-talk to the fax line due to poor installation wiring. Nice pool and hot tub. Convenient off the freeway location, pretty far from Detroit, but good for Walled Lake/Wixom. Decent breakfast, coffee available at all hours, pleasant and cordial staff. Very firm mattress, plus choice of firm or soft pillows was welcome. Room fairly well cleaned, but found dessicated apple core on floor. Overall, highly satisfactory. Would return.

Great Stay
Very clean and comfortable hotel, I thought it was brand new, but it wasn’t. wonderful breakfast,clean pool, the staff was very helpful, able to answer all my question about local activities. GREAT PLACE!!!!
