If your just lookin for a bed.....
We just needed a bed to sleep in for a long weekend of driving around like crazy ppl. The hotel was decent considering the REALLY cheap rate a night...you really can’t expect too much. The bed was HORRIBLY hard, but the overall condition of the room was decent. We did not get the King bed as reserved, but the queen suited us just fine with an infant and toys all over the place and a pack n’ play. Overall I couldn’t complain for a very cheap rate a night and bed!

Needs Improvement
At check in the front desk clerk put us in two rooms (113 on the 1st floor and 219 on the 2nd floor). When I made reservations I asked if the two rooms could be located close to each. The clerk said that 119 was not cleaned and we had to take 219. When she gave me the card I noticed that 119 had been written and crossed out and 219 written on it. I asked about this and the clerk stated the other room was to be 119 which was very close to 113, but 119 was not cleaned and the hotel was booked solid, and we had to take 219. The next morning on my way out, I asked another front desk clerk about checking to see if there was a room closer to 113 than 219. He stated he was the one who booked the reservations and had designated 119 to be the second room and did not know what happened. He said he would see if he could get a room that was closer. When I returned to Extended Stay that evening the first front desk clerk was there and I asked her if the other clerk had been able to find a closer room and she said she didn’t know. I sent my son to 219 to get his bag because I made other arrangements for him for the rest of our stay in Somerset. When he returned he said his bag was no longer in 219 and we asked the clerk, who started looking for the bag. She called the other clerk to asked if he had seen the bag and if so where had he put it. He informed her that he had put us in 119 and had placed the bag in 119. I gave the clerk the key to 219 and left for the evening. My son began tell my husband and I about smelling a back odor like someone had just used the bathroom facility. I have several concerns: (1)It could have been awkward and enbarrassing for my son had he encountered the other person occupying the room; (2) Why didn’t the clerks know what had been done with the rooms, so that my son would not have been given the OK to go the 219.

Extended Stay Franklin
This hotel is not updated, the linens were not at comfortable and the hotel staff could not be found. We were attending a late evening party nearby and didn;t want to drive home, but with so many other hotels to choose from in the immediate area, I would not stay with Extended Stay again. Not a good value for the price.
