Awfull service.
In this all-inclusive resort you need to sign and put your room number even for a glass of water. management is saving on waiters and you wait an eternity to order drinks. Some bartenders have no manners. Beach towels change for 2 euro. I wouldn’t give this hotel 4 stars-only three.

A bit noisy, but a nice place and conveniently located
It was a nice hotel if you are not looking for peace and quiet. I was there to party and thats what i did so the hotel was perfect for me. It was central to everything in Playa de las Americas. The rooms were clean and nice, but the elevator and lobbly were a bit shabby. they said that they were in the middle of renovations. It looked like the renovations have been in progress for years. One of the two elevators were broken in tower B, so you can imagine what a pain it was to share one elevator with 12 floors full of guests, very irritating and time consuming. But over all i was pleased with my stay at the Sol Tenerife.

Party Central
A great hotel if you want to be in the middle of all the busy night life and directly by the sea. If your room is facing the Veronicas Centre you will hear the music from the bar til 3-4am. Request a room at a high floor to get the best views across the sea and the mountains. The room was lovely and clean with everything working, I had not one issue during my 5 day stay. Didn’t have any meals in the hotel restaurant so can’t comment on those but the Sol Tenerife burger for 4.50€ by the pool was grand for that price.
