fair hotel
Stay was ok. Did hav to put socks on my child to walk on carpet, but most hotels you stay at are like that. The only problem besides the sock thing is that i had to get my own towels. upon arrival at hotel there was 0 towels in the room.We arrived after midnight. Front clerk was very nice about everything. He helped with any questions we had. Overall it was a good stay & would go back. It wasn’t so bad. They do need to clean the carpets in the room better though.

Worst Hotel Ever
They don’t answer their phone and I couldn’t cancel the room before I made it in town. So, I was booked as a no show and my room was given to someone else. I was left with nowhere to stay. I called this hotel while I was standing insideof it looking at the workers behind the desk and they *still* didn’t answer the phone. They are unprofessional. Also, the whole time I was trying to sort out my issue there were very loud kids running around in the lobby and neither of the hotel workers took initiative to politely ask the parents to quiet their children. I was not refunded no matter how many times I tried to call. All they can say is that they were busy. I don’t understand how I was supposed to get in touch with an out of town hotel that doesn’t answer their phone. It’s illogical to drive to the hotel and cancel. They made it impossible, did not take responsibility, and showed no compassion for the problem they created. They were not busy when I called them standing right in front of their faces... Worst hotel ever.
