Needs Improvement
Walls and floors dirty, dried food on telephone and doorknobs, chairs badly stained on seat bottoms, room smelled like cheap carpet deodorizer....need I say more?

old, needs maintenance
outlet broken, lamp broken, 2 switches broken. Furniture/bed was old and worn out.

Customer Service Bad
When we asked for more towels, the respond we got was very rude,"how many people do you have in the room" that’s unacceptable . Also when my wife used the last of the coffee in the office, the hotel clerk handed her a bag and expected my wife to refill it.
