why book if you dont have what you offer
booked a suite and i got what they called a suite on the first level overlooking the junks in the back yard. asked them to change the room and they downgraded me to an executive room overlooking the athene square. they kept me there for two days before changing me back to a suite on the same level. I asked me for a rebate and they declined. I asked them to credit my room service checkout bill and they refused. I asked them to give me 2 sessions of massage at the health club and they refused. I told them I am going to write that in a review report and they did not care. And by the way, their internet for the suite is not free s they claim on Expedia. I had to pay around hefty price for the 4 days I was there.

I will definitely stay there again
The room (junior suit) is nice and clean. The breakfast has lots of choices. Good downtown location.
