small rooms but great location
hotel is very well located, all the main sites are within walking distance. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, but clean. Elevator only goes to first floor. If you’re on the first floor a good bit of noise from the street

Near everything
THe hotel is old. THe furniture is old and they seem to be currently remodeling some bits of the place. Ultimately, the price is nice for the location. The rooms are small, but this is fine. Get out of the room and see this great city.
From Ciampino take a bus to the city to Termini station. But don’t buy the return trip in advance. There are several other buses that are cheaper than the 6 Euro. Morte importantly, you may not be able to find your bus in the mass of buses at the station. The city is so walkable and this hotel is in the middle of everything.

Plus and minus
Room was too small, hardly any room to move around much less to settle the luggages. However the service is fantastic! Breakfast service, room service and especially the front desk was great! Location is a plus. Price of the room was high for the size but compensated by the service.
