never stay in this hotel!!!!!!!

This hotel was falling to pieces, the wallpaper was fallng off, the wood on the doors and walls were falling apart and the rooms were so small and cielings low my partner was so close to hitting is head on!! the nicest thing was the bathroom, as it looked quite new, but there were screws coming up through the bath?? continental breakfast consisted of eating in a restraunt underground that hadnt been decorated since the 1970’s and was only 2 pieces of toast and 1 small cup of tea or coffee! overall the hotel was an absolute dive and i would go back there even if you paid me 1million pounds! spend a little extra and go down the road to the Ibis!

Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay

spend a little more and stay down the road or somewhere nicer, because thats what you’ll say when you see this hotel, dont be fooled by the pictures they must have been taken years ago!

Got what I paid for

I went for this hotel because it was relatively cheap, and boy could you tell. When we checked in we were given our room key and proceeded to our room walked in and the maid hadnt even been in to tidy and change the bed. Not such a big problem we left our bags and went to the local pub for a bite to eat. When we checked in we were told that breakfast was continental and was served in the basement we queued for a good ten minutes and had to find a table with no one sitting on it as there was no one at the door greeting. When we finally got served our breakfast consisted of five slices of toast and jam...not quite the continental I was expecting...

Stay at the Hotel Ibis, just fifty metres away from this one, the facilities there were far superior...
