Convenient to Amtrak station
The staff were very helpful with scheduling an early-morning taxi, recommending local restaurants, etc. Nice room with a view of the capitol building. The area was pretty quiet on a Sunday evening, but felt safe.

Great Staff
The hotel staff was extremelt accomodating and made me feel at home. i have been there several times and the staff remembered me and made me comfortable. The only problems were maintenance issues. On my first sty the elevator was out for three days. On the second visit the air was out in the breakfast room. I will continue to stay here on my visits to Hartford.
