Comfortable hotel but location not great
Comfortable, clean and good service. Location is not great if you’re looking for places to eat/drink that are walking distance. We had to get a cab everywhere but prices were not too bad (2GBP-5GBP to Dubai Mall which has lots of places to eat - cabs always available outside hotel). Hotel restaurants are very expensive. Pool area is ok, wasnt overly busy so we always got a sun lounger without problem. Over all great place to stay if you just want to chill by the pool and relax, but not great if you want to go out and about all the time, then you have to get cabs.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
If you have booked Room Only - pick up bits for breakfast from the Waitrose Supermarket in Dubai Mall and store in the fridge in your room. Breakfast is quite expensive at the hotel (20GBP per person for buffet breakfast).

Not Impressed
In general, the hotel was good but: 1- Hotel was quite old. 2- Internet was very expensive compare to the others. 3- Unprofessional staff of reception and during Check-In/Out.
