Very Nice
Over all condition very good. No room service, but food and drinks accross parking lot. Nice place, would stay again.

Time for an update
The Royal Scandinavian is one of the better hotels in Solvang. However, it’s getting dated. The rooms lack some of the basic upgrades that most hotel chains now have -- like pillow top mattresses, down pillows, new showerheads, etc. Even so, the staff is great and the common areas are very nice. And the location is perfect!
