Coulda been better
Our entire floor was not clean when we checked in at 6:30pm -- room service dishes and laundry lined the hallways. There was a wad of hair (and I mean a WAD of hair) stretched across the floor of the doorway to our room. The room was not what we ordered via hotels.com (two queens instead of one king). The linens were dirty -- bloodstains on the pillows and makeup on the towels. Other guests’ rooms are clearly audioble through the walls, and having people drunkenly pounding on our door all night long screaming: "Let me in! Where are you?!? I Can’t find my keys!" didn’t help.
