Great Hotel
This hotel was very nice, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location to central station and downtown was great! We visited during June and the temperatures were warm. The room did not seem to have air conditioning which is not uncommon for Northern Europe but there was no fan and little flow through ventilation. We kept the window open for cool night air but it also let in lots of noise from the bar in the alley. We did enjoy our stay but would have liked a cooler room.

Alright but
Good location. Not my idea of a Five Star. Excellent breakfast and polite friendly staff. This is the first room I have stayed in where the area of one wall is greater than the floor area, ie very small room with high ceilings. Bar closed at least one hour earlier than billed. Inhouse movies did not work.

Wonderful experience
This very elegant looking hotel pleased from start to finish.There was a very relaxed athmosphere with friendly efficent staff.The restaurant was first class with very knowledgable staff.Wonderful location within walking distance of everything.All in all I would be happy to go back.
Great shopping in nearby pedestrianised streets.Lots of coffee bars with lovely cakes and pastries.
