Convenient for airport; modern and good value
Exactly what we were after: convenient to airport yet quiet, modern but not overpriced. Nothing in the immediate neighbourhood - which didn’t bother us at all; good stopping off point, but probably not ideal for exploring Phoenix / the wider area unless you have a car.

The overall stay was good. The front desk is part of the cafe/bar area, so we had to wait while the staff helped people with drinks etc.... not sure it gave a great impression. The room was clean, hotel looks like it has had a low budget renovation. Location is in the industrial part of Tempe, not real close to town, restaurants or the college.
