Outstanding hotel
The Cario Marriot is a great hotel, after all it was once a palace. The service is excellent the breakfast buffet was great. It is close to everything. Taxis are quite cheap and it is a short ride to everywhere. You have to rely in taxis as public transportation is not good.

Bad Service!!
I stayed first in Holliday Inn City Stars, and it was perfect. Then I had to move to this hotel, and it was not as good as Holliday Inn. My main compain is its rate is very high, and dose not worth the hotel condition, and its service. The room service food was too expensive, and not tasty!! I once ordered a Pizza from Dominoz Pizza, and the hotel did not allow the delivery guy to deliver the pizaa to my room, and they refused to let somebody from the hotel to send it to my room either!!! The hotel asked me in a very rude way that I have to come down to the reception to get my pizza if I want it!!! That did not feel like a 5 star hotel ... they me me feel like if I was in a military camp .. not a hotel!!! I would not recomend this hotel becouse: 1- Many of the staff were not freindly 2- Bad food 3- and expensive rate

Amazing Hotel , Extremely Happy !
Very good location, close to most of attractions by taxi. There are several restaurants in the hotel and the food was very good, also there are many shops in the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. On the outside pool area, the Arabian Night-life was geat! I highly recommend this hotel with the excellent price of Expedia.
Traveller's tip on saving a few bucks
I recommend to use taxi calling service "Taxi-Cab", you will get a good car and service at a better rate.
