Kings Hotel, Stokenchurch
Recently renovated, plenty of parking. Staff seemed friendly enough and helpful. Breakfast not included in price. Free wireless internet access. Ask for a room at the rear of the hotel. Some Traffic noise from road in front of hotel and M40 in the distance.

low ceiling
Stayed here on my own in double room - bed was very comfortable and decor is modern and neutral, bathroom clean and well fitted. Only downer was the ceiling height on one side of the bed it was very low as room was in the eaves. Im not that tall but wonder if I would have been put in this room if my husband was with me? would prefer paying single supplement for a more spacious room if this was the case.
