Good value for money
The hotel was fine. Clean, comfortable, modern, easy access (via the metro) to the city centre and close to the beach. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money.
Meals out can be expensive, particulalry if taken close to the main tourist attractions. Beer and wine relatively inexpensive. The locals don’t tip. Travel on the Metro which is fast, accessible and inexpensive. A T10 ticket (don’t worry, you can select it from the ticket machine) costs Euro 7.70 and can be chared by a family, providing 10 trips, which can include the train from the airport to the city centre. The tourist bus is also good value. A two day pass costs little more than a one day pass. See the sights and hop on and off to spend more time at key locations.

comfortable hotel unfriendly staff
Very comfortable, clean and good air conditioning. Excellent breakfast. Reception staff unfortunately very unhelpful and unfriendly depending on which country you came from.

NOt Bad for the money
Hotel was near the beach, metro, and Tram. Some decent restaurants nearby- cheap chinese food around the block and a supermarket one block away. Easy access to all tourist points. Clean and quiet. Roof top pool was tiny but cool enough after a long day’s tour of the town
