perfect room for a family
this room worked out great for us. there was five of us (2 adults and 3 children) and the suite was perfect for us. the microwave and fridge came in handy. the room was very clean. front desk pleasant. we would definitely stay again.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
if you have children you have to visit the pittsburgh zoo and aquarium. the chidrens museum at pittsburgh was great too. mongahela incline gives a great view of pittsburgh.

Nice clean rooms, but service has big gaps...
Upon my arrival at this hotel, I was given the key to a room already occupied by other guests -- twice in a row. Think about the security issues there! Next, housekeeping set my clock radio alarm to go off (loudly) at 5:30 am two days in a row (even though I turned it off the first time)even though I requested no wake-up service. In short, the people running this hotel are polite but poorly trained, and incapable of resolving issues. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend the hotel to others.
